FEATURED STORY

"From day one it was clear Luke understood what elite standards were and had all the tools to treat me like an athlete. He pushed me on, and held me back when it mattered. I'm now back playing rugby, and I've come back as a stronger and more developed athlete with complete confidence in my knee too."

You're doing the work.
The results aren't matching.

This isn't a discipline problem. It's a structure problem. Sound familiar?

01

Surgery done, no plan after

You've had surgery or a significant injury, been handed a leaflet, and left to work out the next six months on your own.

02

Cleared to train, scared to push

Technically allowed back, but weak, hesitant and one bad session away from thinking you've undone it all.

03

Generic plans, wrong sport

Programmes that never account for contact, sprinting, or the demands of the game you actually play.

04

A PDF, not a physio

Exercises emailed over and forgotten. No adjustments, no check-ins, nobody watching your progress.

What's included
01

Full injury assessment

Your injury, your movement and your sport's demands, assessed properly before a single session gets written.

02

Your programme, not a template

You are not in a cohort of fifty on the same plan. Yours is built around your injury and your schedule, and it changes when you plateau or when you are ready to push.

03

Sport specific by design

We train the movements, demands and energy systems your sport actually asks of you, not generic gym work dressed up as rehab.

04

Weekly video check-ins

One-to-one calls to review progress and adjust the plan. You are never just staring at a spreadsheet on your own.

05

Unlimited messaging

Questions between calls get answered. You have a physio's input when you need it, not only on call days.

06

Education that sticks

You will understand your injury, your training, and why every exercise is in there. That understanding is the part you keep long after we finish.

07

Return-to-sport testing & sign-off

Evidence-based benchmarks so you know you are genuinely ready, not cleared on a calendar date. Confidence, not guesswork.

Luke Pollock
Why I built this

Because "just rest it" isn't good enough.

I've worked with professional athletes, international age-grade players, and weekend warriors who all had the same problem: they were given a diagnosis and a leaflet, then left to figure out the rest on their own.

I built Luke Pollock Online because the best athletes I've worked with share one thing: someone in their corner who understands their sport, their body, and their goals. Not just their injury.

This programme combines hands-on physio thinking with structured, progressive training. You'll know exactly where you are, where you're going, and why every session moves you closer to return.

The difference

Before enrolling
Unclear what exercises to do or why
Scared of re-injury every time you push harder
Following generic YouTube programmes
Weeks or months lost to uncertainty
No objective measure of readiness
After working together
A clear, progressive plan with a physio's rationale
Confidence built on objective data and milestones
Training specific to your sport and injury
Back to full performance on a defined timeline
Evidence-based return-to-sport sign-off
Trusted by coaches

"I've worked with a lot of physios over the years. Luke is different. He explains the why behind everything, adapts the plan when you need it, and genuinely cares about getting you back performing, not just pain-free."

Re-learning to walk competitive rugby

Post-surgery I didn't want to leave anything to chance, and goal-focused rehab with regular check-ins is exactly what Luke is excellent at. I've gone from re-learning how to walk to returning to competitive rugby. Can't recommend enough.

Stalled elsewhere running pain-free

I'd spent a month with another physio and wasn't happy. Luke was fully involved from start to finish, analysing my exercises and giving clear feedback every step. My knee feels great, I run with no issues, and I'm confident going back to rugby.

Switched physios high-level sport, fully online

Weekly check-ins, and Luke's always at the end of a text if I have questions. Being online-only hasn't felt like a hindrance at all. Would recommend to anyone looking to get back to sport at a high level.

Pre-op nerves a faster recovery

Luke reached out before my surgery and kept me updated with the right plans, making sure I never did too much and set myself back. Every question was met with a thorough answer. Extremely happy with how he helped me recover faster.

Two years of shoulder trouble faster, stronger, back playing

Nothing I'd tried had let me play rugby comfortably again. Luke set clear, tailored goals before we progressed, with weekly check-ins and always at the end of a text. I came out not just over the shoulder problem, but faster, stronger and more athletic than before.

Iwan Z. · Shoulder rehab

A grim back diagnosis pain-free, best shape in years

Luke turned a pretty grim lower-back diagnosis into something positive. I haven't been in pain since, a first in years, and I'm in better shape than ever. You can tell you're not just 'another client'.

Nico Zuber · Lower-back rehab

Back pain, low gym confidence performing better than ever

Luke listened, set out a week-by-week plan, and supported me back to the gym. I'm not a confident gym-goer, but Luke built my confidence to go back to classes, which I'm now performing better at too.

Sarah Thomas · Back rehab · gym return

A range of niggles gains and confidence again

Came to Luke with a range of issues causing me pain and limiting my training. He really unpicked the problems and I improved so much in our weekly sessions, gaining strength and confidence in the gym again. Would 100% recommend.

Still deciding? The honest answers.

Yes. Online rehab works very similarly to in-person rehab, with the same attention to detail and more accountability for the athlete. It gets results, so have a look for yourself.

This is bespoke rehab prescribed by a qualified physiotherapist who understands the high demands of returning to sport. It isn't a one-and-done programme handed over and left to run. It's done with you, adjusted as you go, so you get the most out of every session.

Although I specialise in ACL and knee rehab, the same principles apply across the board. Rehab built for high-performing athletes carries over to other injuries just as well, whether that's a shoulder, an ankle, or something else. Have a look through the testimonials for proof.

I'm a semi-professional rugby player myself, so contact athletes are natural territory. But I've worked with people across plenty of sports, including Hyrox, marathon running, skiing and football, as well as recreational athletes who'd never dream of calling themselves one. The principles of good rehab travel across all of them.

To return to sport, you'll need access to a gym and somewhere to run, whether that's a pitch, a field or a track. Early-stage rehab won't require any of that. For anyone serious about getting back to high-level sport, I'd treat gym and running space as the bare minimum.

Fill in the short application form. It takes a couple of minutes and tells me about your injury, your sport and your goals. I'll reply within 48 hours with an honest answer on whether the programme is right for you, and how we'd start. I only work with a limited number of athletes at a time.

Good rehab is an investment, and I treat it like one. Depending on whether you commit to the full programme or go month to month, it works out between £50 and £60 per week.
